Vicki has been strength training for nearly 40 years and is a nationally certified Personal Trainer through The American Council on Exercise. She is also a Registered Yoga Teacher at the 200 hour level, (RYT200).
As owner of SHINE FITNESS, Vicki uses a gentle, compassionate approach to coaching clients to become their healthiest, strongest self. By infusing various yogic principles into her Personal Training, her clients have been able to increase their core strength, enhance their balance, flexibility and overall sense of well being.
SHINE YOGA classes are offered Friday mornings beginning September 7, 9:30-10:30. Vicki uses a gentle, non-harming approach to help participants shed layers of tension, fear, anxiety and other obstacles to getting in touch with their best selves - the shining light within.

In her free time, Vicki enjoys hiking, biking, kayaking, playing the piano and perennial gardening, but above all, she enjoys spending time with her husband, family and grandsons!
